Chris
The breakfast in the morning was reasonably good and complete with an alternative option and pastries, for example. Very obliging and nice staff in the receptionist helping us found our room was n't available, thanks to them everything was well-maintained. Our location was great and beautiful easy to access from local tube.

John
The standard king room was compact, had an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer, and coffee-making facilities. The food was well presented, I appreciated the English breakfast.

The place was fairly clean with an exceptional and exceptionally pleasant staff from chambermaids to maintenance and reception. We booked reasonably large double room in lower floors and could use wake-up service, available in it.

Had really really nice stay for 1 night and the weather was warm. Marvellous very central location not far from tube stations and various restaurants, a main bus line into "town", and fabulous local pub. There was Master Wei Xi'an Cuisine nearby to grab something to eat.
The hotel staff was unattentive.
